this first one has been published by womensmap.com, here and it’s aimed at reducing side belly fat. basically you will do russian twist and single leg cross slide. The pictures are pretty straightforward so you just need to follow them to train your obliquest up to optimal result.
The other inforgraphic (click picture to enalarge) appeared on femniqe.com, here and will help you to lift up your glutes and making them more consistent. it is a 14 day schedule with a detail of all exercises of increasing number of repetitions.
The basic set of exercises is composed by: Hip Thrust – Curtsy Reverse Lunge – Step-up Lunges, plus streches before and after.
